Mia Alentajan is the current President of the UP School of Economics Alumni Association. She is a marketing professional with 24 years of brand marketing experience with San Miguel Brewery Inc. International Operations (2008-present), as Regional Marketing Services Manager. Previously, was in the Marketing Team as Group Product Manager of The Purefoods Hormel Company (2001-2007). Before a marketing career, she worked as Planning Associate in the Corporate Planning Dept of San Miguel Corporation (1993-1999). She also worked briefly in Philippine Science High School as an Economics teacher: Econ 101 (1992-1993). She is a strong believer of Jesus Christ, Family and True Friendships, and Living life to the fullest.
