Scholarship Program

UPSEAA provides vital support to its scholars through three key initiatives: 

1. Monthly Stipend

Each scholar receives a PHP 5,000 monthly allowance to help cover daily expenses such as food, transportation, and school materials. Scholars undergo a rigorous application and screening process to qualify. As of this semester*, 47 scholars are benefiting from this financial assistance. 

2. Monthly Data Allowance

To support online learning and research, scholars are provided with a PHP 399 monthly data allowance. This helps ensure they have reliable internet access for classes and academic requirements. Currently, 38 scholars* receive this benefit. 

3. Computer Banking Program

UPSEAA offers scholars access to laptop units on loan through its Computer Banking Program. These units can be borrowed for the duration of their studies and are available for purchase after graduation at their depreciated value. This semester*, 38 units are on loan to scholars. 

These initiatives aim to ease the financial burden on students and empower them to focus on their academic success.
