Lorena Relova-Liamzon is the current Assistant Treasurer of the UP School of Economics Alumni Association. She does life coaching and coaching for grief and loss for across life stages. Before she took her coaching skills from Bechmark Consulting, she was an educator and teacher in St Pedro Poveda College with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Miriam College. She also worked in Chinatrust after graduating college.  

Lorena loves to design and hold self discovery workshops on mindfulness, resilience, and the Ikigai model. The has held workshops with children, adolescents and adults. 

During the pandemic and in her mid-40s, Lorena learned to teach yoga. She now teaches yoga on the mat and Chair Yoga especially with Senior Adults or persons who prefer poses with the chair. 

Lorena is a wife and a mother of two teenagers. She loves to move, read and eat. Her loves watching concerts and figuring out beats on the drums.
