Racqs is Vice President and Operations Head at Philippine Veterans Bank, managing Treasury, Trade, Remittance, Loans, and Business Continuity. She chairs the Crisis Action Plan Committee and is in the Operations and Anti-Money Laundering Committees. With over 30 years of banking experience, including roles at Citibank and PVB, she was previously Head of Operational Risk Management. Racqs is the former President and current Chief Adviser of the Bankers Institute of the Philippines where she was honored with a BAIPHIL Pearl Award. She is certified in Trust Operations and Investment Management.
